Get your UET tag from Bing Ads

1. A UET tag is required to set up conversion tracking and remarketing campaigns. You can find the your UET tag by navigating to the Conversion Tracking > UET tags page.

2. Click “View tag” to retrieve and copy the UET tag tracking code.

Add your UET tag to WordPress

Your UET tag should be placed on all of your webpages for remarketing and conversion tracking. 

1.     Log in to your  WordPress  admin dashboard and select your site from My Blogs.

2.      There are several ways to add the tracking code to your site besides the options explained below.  You need to have a Business plan for the following two approaches.

 

A.   Option 1: Use a plugin

      Go to https://wordpress.com/plugins/ to search for a plugin that allows you to insert JavaScript code into your site’s headers or footers. This is a good article explaining the process.

 

B.     Option 2: Edit the theme file

      You can add the UET tracking code to the header by editing the theme file through Appearance > Editor.

3.     Download and install  UET Tag Helper , a Chrome browser plugin. Turn on the UET Tag Helper and navigate to your Shopify store in Chrome. Verify that your UET event is received and the Tag ID matches to the tag you selected in Step 2.
